Your distribution company that you yodel take a long time to get an order to you since it took them about 4 days to get my order as they can't get in the afternoon when our security door is closed off so I had to have a live chat with yodel who were helpful more than you as I emailed you twice in one week with no reply ......

I always swore I wouldnt shop with USC again after a bad experience I had last year where I lost out on over £50 because they lost my returned parcel during a premises move and nothing was done to help me. I have since returned to USC as an online customer and have had no such issues this time around. Actually im still quiet peeved about the loss of £50 of my hard earned cash. I'm not quiet sure why iv trusted them again????

The item I wanted was not available in the USC store. The sales person did not suggest ordering online and did not offer any incentive to do so (it is usual to offer free delivery). We ordered on-line using the "next day delivery" option. The item was not delivered by YODEL the next day and their response was fairly rude when this was pointed out. The item was then delivered late and USC simply offered the difference between normal and next day delivery as a "gesture of good will" It is unlikely that I would purchase from them again.

Choice was good, sale prices enticing , staff didn't seem to knowledgeable regarding the product. Ordered on line and delivery was quick and convenient to the local store, love high tops.

In terms of the delivery of items, I can't fault, however in this day and age the idea that we have to pay for returns is frankly unacceptable. Had to return items as needed a different size. The postage (cheapest option) was over £11, making the items bought decidedly expensive. Will I order from USC again, I'm afraid not! Such a pity

Was an ok experience. The USC shop was good it's self. However collecting in sports direct seems silly. Especially when you arrive on the ground floor with no signs as to where collections are. Q up at the ground floor till and told "sorry it's upstairs" Then go back round to USC to do an exchange. Just move collcrtions to Usc. Even if logistics say you need to deliver to sports direct have someone walk round and bring the USC products to the guys in that shop to make it more convient for USC customers.

3 stars were based on the delivery company and not USC. In general the products are as expected. The delivery company, Yodel, were not very helpful at all once I had found out my package was not going to be delivered on the expected day and other issues I had with Yodel.

Although usc had the product I wanted at a cheaper price the fact I had to pay delivery AND returns makes its worse than any other and ended up paying more. I don't mind paying a delivery cost but when you pay this, the returns should come as standard like the majority of websites today. Will not be ordering again.

The product itself was perfect but the courier company (Yodel) was awful. I paid £7 extra for express delivery and Yodel driver had my parcel for 2 days on the bottom of his pile and he didn't even know he had it. I had to call 7 times the driver until he shows to deliver my parcel 1 day later than the express delivery date.
