“Postage and return costs are RIDICULOUS! £4.99 postage (even to a sports direct store!!!) and £2.85 to return - the parcel itself would not have been £4.99 to send in the first place! Shall think twice before ordering again from you in the future.”

“Everything with the order was fine up and till your supposed to get a email saying your order is ready to be picked up from your chosen store I never got that email and I have another order on going and am awaiting a email to say that it's ready to collect”

“Online ordering went smoothly. minor issues arose when collecting/returning an item from/to the Argyle street store. I went to the second floor to collect (as that's all labelled USC and the other floors are labelled sports direct) to be told no you need to go to the ground floor. back to the ground floor and that was that (minor hassle). One item in the delivery was larger than expected so back to USC, again to the second floor to be told nope, you need to go to the 4th floor (which is labelled Sports Direct, not USC), again a minor issue but a little signage and such would save the hassles.”
