“Some nice items for ideal prices, but i found the delivery charges a bit steep. i ordered £100 worth of clothes and no offers on delivery etc. took a little longer than expected to be delivered after spending £4.99 on delivery.”

“Happy I manged to order a half size online as couldn't find it in the shop. Order delivered to shop within 2 days. Disappointed of £5 delivery charge”

“Delivery was prompt, but disappointed with returns. No free post label. Cost of returns through Royal Mail outweighed the price of the product so had no alternative than to drive to nearest store 30 miles away and return in store only to be given a credit note! It would be better if you gave pre paid returns labels and full credit back to bank account. For this reason I will not use USC online again”

“Loved the products. My only issue is I think when you spend over a certain amount you should get free delivery, especially as I spent over £80.”

“Great product but paying £6.99 for delivery is way too much. That too, there should atleast be free returns if it costs so much. Had to order twice due to wrong sized product and the delivery charges almost summer to the price of the product I ordered.”

“Price was great however I went to exchange items in store and the prices were different to online. They then charged me the store price for an exchange for a like for like tshirt but in a different size.”

“Delivery into store fast enough but description said black converse but they were vintage black meaning grey. Got 2 sizes to try both for good fit, but need black so thought I'd return in store to get faster refund but told no I need to post back. Not happy”

“I have done over £230 worth of shopping and still I had to pay £4.99 for postage which I think is quite unnecessary. If customers are spending over £50 then shipping must be free of cost.”

“Item received was wrong colour, ordinarily I would have sent it back but it is acceptable colour. Collection from sports direct and no option to return back to store. Queue in sports direct were lengthy, should have separate till for online purchases.”
