The delivery service was fine. However the security tag was left in one of the items and as USC do not accept items bought online to be returned in store I find I have to pay postage to return this item.

The product was great value in the sale and good service.Unfortunately the cost of postage was unreasonable for such a small item. Baby shoes £5 standard delivery is mental. And £7 for next day!!!!! when the shoes were only £13... you need to consider a free delivery option in this day and age. What started as a bargain ended up being full price..

Not very happy at all. For one I I spent £100 and still had to pay overpriced delivery, I was meant to receive a free bag with my order and didn't! Then I needed to return a couple things, only to see I would have to pay delivery, which I wasn't happy about. I trecked all the way to the Wakefield store on my day off, to then be told I could only exchange or credit note!! This is disgusting & once my note is used I will not be shopping here anymore. To not even be able to get my own money back for a couple of items I think is disgusting when usc is such a big store. Don't get me wrong the staff were lovely & some of the clothes were great, but overall I think this is very poor& very unlikely I will shop here again.

Item are amazing value and great quality however I found customer service contact to be poor. I received an email regarding my order had been processed and I would be contacted again when it was picked up for delivery - I received no further emails at all and upon contacting customer service I received no reply.

Delivery price of £4.99 is very excessive in my opinion, compared to other designer online clothes shops, for instance ASOS is free delivery if you spend over £20. But having said that, the item arrived on time.

I was happy with everything until I returned some items which cost me £12 p&p and was also looking for an exchange within that order. I recieved an email back saying the jacket was not available in the size I wanted to exchange for so I was refunded for it. I then went onto your website and ordered that same jacket in the size I wanted that was processed and bought with no problems but ment I had to pay another £4.99 delivery as well as an extra £8 for the smaller size! I don't understand why I couldn't have the straight exchange with the extra money deducted from my refunded but I was able to order the same thing from the website the same day?

Writing a review....... Says I ordered a red Ralph Lauren polo shirt. When in fact I ordered a lacoste top and trainers and Tommy hilfigger top and a police top and a dkny top. So how am I supposed to review them items

How unfortunate that you can spend over a million pounds but you can still expect to be charged for delivery. There is no incentive to want to spend an x amount in order to qualify for free shipping. Such a concept simply doesn't exist. And to add insult to injury whilst you are also given the option to have it delivered to your local store you can still expect to be....wait for it....yep you've guessed it charged to have it sent also there. How funny.

When ordering online I can not see the reasoning behind the postage cost being pasted to the customer when these are being delivered to a store from the warehouse USC own and I am sure they have a logistics department that sends stock and having to wait 10 working days for them to deliver. Add insult to injury giving a five pounds voucher also defeats the object because you can only spends this in store and you have already paid this through the postage cost. Don't understand the logic behind this as other stores do not charge you for collecting in store. :(

So far it's been a good service. I will sadly be sending the item I ordered back due to the wrong sizing. What I do not agree with is the fact that I have to pay for postage for refunds. Especially when I spent £6.99 for next day delivery. Returns cost should be included.

Some products are not as it looks in the picture online and also free delivery & return would be a good option too because more then 80% of online stores do a free delivery
