“Irritating to pay postage when collecting from shop only to get £5 voucher. Rather not pay postage!”

“JUST 1 THING THINK WHEN YOUR SPENDING OVER 50 POUND SHOULD GET FREE PxP AND PAY A SMALL FEE TO SEND THING BACK.”

“Not happy with service as my delivery should have been delivered next day but was delivered 3 days later. I was given my £5 delivery charge back but as a voucher even though this wasnt my fault. I kept getting told i have to wait 24 hrs for update”

“Very slow sending out the order and when recieved the product wasn't the quality expected. Also the sizing seemed to be incorrect. Not USC fault and maybe the manufacturer's. Returning was a pain too as this is an additional cost. Taking it back to where it was collected would have been a better option. Probably wont use again.”

“slow for a shop delivery, the £5 instore voucher is only valid on the day you pick your stuff up. i went back 2 days later, true it does say on the voucher, but when your handed it you put it away . yodel are bad at deliverys, thats why i chose instore this time, not sure if i would use sports direct again.”

“The standered of clothing is very good. Only problem is the size of the cloths. Eg you can buy to shirts of the same brand. One is a perfect fit other is smaller or large. You need to fix this because if you are an online shopper like me you get let down. And have to pay double postage just to return the product. I'm a loyal usc shopper saying that I don't understand why I can't go in store and return good what I have bout off line”

“Delivery was a day later than expected. I ordered two tops which were nice. However the vans I ordered seemed a bit grubby and also seemed very fake. Not sure where they get the stock from. I also paid for delivery and then also had to pay five pounds to return the shoes! This is the only company I have ordered from where there isn't a free returns. Absolutely rediculous!!!”

“I used to shop with USC a longtime ago and products are great and prices are very good. However the only thing that would stop me coming back is the lack of postage offers. Spent £20 in total on delivery and returns and online stores such as ASOS and M&MDirect offer better postage deals and thus make the experience that extra bit better. Additionally the email confirmation on returns does not provide a total or any amount of what is being refunded as well as what period of time it will take before the refund is returned back to the account.”

“Paid £5 for delivery and came later than my order from another company which charged me nothing. Both products was ordered at the same time. Not good.”

“Next day delivery is overpriced, for such a big company it should be free like it is with company's such as Asos. Also you should do pre paid postage for returns. For that reason I would be happy to pay slightly more for a product in the first place and would probably rather shop from companys that offer free postage and free returns in fhe future.”
