“Postage is too expensive and returns aren't free...no added service at all”

“I think customers should know that yours only deliver to the shop once a week as I order my stuff on Saturday 18th June but stuff want be in till Monday 27 of June as shop on get delivery on a Monday plus it was a present”

“Some good and some not so good sale prices. Previous 'sale' prices have been much reduced compared to recent 'sale' prices and for the same items! So a feeling of a bit of a con. Plus, sent wrong item, pair of trainers that hadn't been ordered....this has happened a few times now. Think they just send out in the hope of the customer keeping and not bothering to return incorrect item.”

“I was happy with the sale prices on the website and the delivery service. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the state the shoes were in when I received them! They looked like second hand shoes. They were dirty, marks all over them. As If they were a display pair or a returned pair.”

“I was not fully happy with the service I received because.... 1) I ordered a t-shirt it said it was in Stock which was a birthday present. But when order had arrived it did not come it was cancelled by yourself. I was not informed. 2) I was asked if I would like a free sports direct catalogue but then was charged for it. So I'm not sure if I would buy again during to this.”

“Ordered online items were dispatched pretty quick, ordered shorts & a t-shirt in the sale & the t-shirt had pen marks across the shoulder where the tag had been marked! Was cheap enough so decided just to wash it and luckily pen mark is only slightly visible (white)..shudda been checked before dispatch no quality control!”

“Items had tags attached from a 'Megasale' website and packaging had details from sports direct, I'd expect when buying from USC to have these items removed, feels like I bought the clothes from a jumble sale!”

“Click and collect to local shop should be free, not £5. You basically charge £5 as an online admin fee disguised as p&p. Hof,flannels, standout are all better websites.”
