“I'm happy with the service I got using usc's online service, my Vans came in about 3 days, what I'm not happy about is the fact that I had to pay £4.99 shipping, when I had them delivered to the store! I feel that's bang out of order.”

“I want to put very good, the service was great, the goods arrived when advised they would but the fact customers have to pay for returns is enough to stop me shopping here again - had I of known before hand, I wouldn't of bought anything.”

“I ordered 3 t-shirt for my husband, I ended up returning them to sports direct as the material wasn't what he wanted brill service my only complaint is other stores have free delivery when delivered to store and yours costs £4.99 and the second problem I had was about the refund policy they offered me a credit note for the store instead of a refund back to my bank luckily enough my husband needed new trainers otherwise we don't shop at sports direct not sure why the voucher was for there when I purchased the t-shirt from usc”

“ordered trainers for my son (age 3) when I collectec they were two left shoes!! on the plus side the return was dealt with speedily and though they could not be replaced the refund was given with no hassle. So upset to receive two left shoes but happy with the level of service that followed”

“The overall experience was ok/good. My items arrived in 5 days. My only issues was that I was not able to receive it any sooner than the 3-5 working days. My order was over £200.00 so I did expect that I would of received free delivery like you do get from other major sites or even at least discounted delivery. I don't think that paying £5.00 wasn't worth it for the service that the courier delivered I was just very disappointed when I realised this. I also expected a text letting me know when it was delivered however I did not get a text so just had to keep refreshing the courier's page. Overall it was an average experience but I do believe that there is room for improvement, I would also like to add that I would like to see a bigger selection for women's clothing etc. I was also very disappointed to see that in many USC stores that they have stopped stocking women's clothes and other store's have limited stock for women's clothes. I have shopped in USC for quite a few years and I do feel like I am more likely to shop in other stores just because I am unable to find any women's clothes in your stores and sometimes I cannot wait up to 5 days for delivery.”

“Placed my order late on the evening of the 5th, paid £4.99 for standard delivery and it was delivered on the 9th. Bit expensive I think for standard delivery (I often pay this amount for next day delivery), however the item I ordered was in good condition and I am happy with my purchase.”

“I have been shopping with USC for a number of years. I had always been happy with the service provided and the quality and value of the clothes. This was until I received a delivery with two clothing items amounting to £80 missing. I contacted USC and was asked to send a photo of the packaging. After I did this I was advised that the packaging had been tampered with and asked to fill in a form for their delivery service, which I did. I was then told that because of the time lapse between my order and response (not more than 2 months and delayed due to them not getting back to me and at no point telling me my response had to be by a specific date) they could take no further action. I am very unhappy about this and have retained all email correspondance.”

“Overall: very happy. - Fast delivery - Excellent prices - Good quality clothing Improvements: 1) give customers the option to change delivery address (otherwise you have to cancel your order completely). 2) it would be nice if the photos on the website were more detailed in terms of fabric material - a really good close-up shot would help.”

“Clothes were a great price, sizing is a bit smaller than expected. But all good. However.... The delivery company made my life a misery!!!!! They did not follow my chosen delivery method, which in this situation meant I had to drive from Edinburgh to Birmingham to pick up my items- all confirmed by the delivery company- and all very urgent. But when I get to Birmingham, I'm told they do not have the items and I would have to drive to Oxford to pick these up!!!!!! I was not happy, the delivery centre manager was rude and unhelpful. USC you are being let down by this rubbish delivery partner:(”
