“Ordered on Friday to be delivered on Wednesday morning for my brothers birthday, didn't arrive until very late in the evening, so a bit disappointed.”

“Great product and perfect size, however i dont like the extra charge to pick up from the store and also it will be good to see sale items at your store too.. The delivery charges are too extortionate 4.99 not happy and i dont think i got my £5 instore voucher as i picked up from store.”

“Most of the products were fine however one pair of shoes were obviously a pair that had previously been on the shop floor as there was some discolouration and wear to one of the shoes in the pair!”

“It would be good if you offered free postage on a minimum spend ie, £50 or so. £4.99 is quite excessive and puts me off buying more from you.”

“Initially this was going to be a Poor rating. We ordered well before 7pm and wanted the item the next day, so paid extra for that service. We waited in all day and it never arrived, we sent an email and we had an automated response saying 2 - 3 days for a reply. The following day, on checking the tracking we saw the item was never with the courier on time. So we found the customer service phone number and called. We were advised it would be delivered that day and when I mentioned the addl payment for next day delivery, I was told that this had already been refunded 2 hours prior, but I had not and still have not received any confirmation of this in an email. As I said it was to be a Poor rating but I changed to normal as a result of the way in which customer services handled my call and the fact (hopefully) that the next day delivery charge has been refunded.”

“Delivery wasn't overly impressive, my items came later than expected and I probably wouldn't have ordered if I'd known yodel would be delivering. I was impressed by the items I purchased however one item was a little small. Not impressed that I have had to pay postage to return this as I've already paid one delivery charge for a mediocre delivery service”

“The shoes I ordered were just what I was looking for and at a good sale price. I am not happy about having to pay the same delivery charge for click and collect as delivery to home address. It still took 5 days for delivery to store.”

“Quick delivery but not so good on the customer service - cannot order in store, you can only order from home - even to have item delivered to a store and postage is £5. Also if you don't want the item you cannot return it to a store - like most high street shops - but have to take it to a post office and pay postage again to return the item. This will put me off ordering online from this store again. On top of the cost of the item I have had to add £8.95 postage (£5 delivery charge and £3.95 to return it) . The item didn't fit so I am actually out of pocket.”
