“Delivery fine but item in wrong box, trainers on box were 10 but inside an 11 , had to pay to send back, no free returns, probably not shop again due to this.”

“Service was quick considering it was bank holiday weekend. Also liked that you recieve a link to track your parcels. Boxes on arrival were VERY damaged. Luckily no damage to the items purchased.”

“Reasonable delivery time. Products as described. Delivery should be free for the amount spent...£20 plus qualifies you for free delivery at asos. Also should have a free returns policy.”

“Great products but the only 1 downside being that you still use bloody YODEL as your delivery service, YODEL ARE THE BIGGEST MOST USELESS DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Literally.!!!!!! Please stop using them for the sake of keeping customers happy and keeping them in general full stop.!”

“3/5 times I order online I will have to send something back because the sizing is wrong or the quality of the item is not what I was expecting. Also, the price for delivery is above average and you have to pay for returns which is unlike many others stores.”

“I love products and styles usc have. Just technical problem for me when it came to the check out took me 6 times to put my details in and make payment as I wanted it delivered to different address than my billing one but soon as I clicked changed delivery address it wipe everything I entered and I would have to start again anyone else would of given up and gone elsewhere I only kept trying as you do have good service.”

“The postage charges are very expensive and then to make you pay for a return postage is really unfair. It is common for shoppers to bulk order items reject many and keep few - by not offering customers free returns, USC are not helping their customers make informed choices.”

“Online shop experience was fine but the items did take a long time to arrive in store for collection. I am disappointed in the high delivery cost and also that I have to cover the cost of returns myself. A return paid label would be far better OR the option to claim a refund in store. I'm not sure I would buy online with you again as the whole process is time consuming, expensive and not customer friendly/easy.”

“A tad slow in e-mailing confirmation of order, this caused some concern, if this problem was addressed, I would be giving a excellent review. Delivery sooner than estmated, so on that front, an very good service. I would use USC again.”
