One itam I ordered said it was available then they refunded it but would like free delivery next time after was spending £100 thought it was going to be free delivery

Shoes were not as described when they arrived. I was not expecting patent leather and the pictures or description did not indicate this. I would not have ordered them and disappointed.

The top I got was nice size fitted fine just that the little metal logo tag came off the first time I put it on I didn't send it back as I have put it back on myself as I really like the top but for the price you pay I didn't expect it to come off straight away I haven't even washed it yet

Ordered size 6 converse and they where delivered within days which was great, but sadly too big so had to pay to return them. On the returns form asked if I would like a replacement which I did in a size 5. Few days later was emailed to say a full refund was issued as no size 5 in stock!! Looked online and found size 5 ARE in stock so had to reorder all over again.....

Happy with the order in the end but when I clicked confirm the order first time it gave me no indication that the order had gone through. I repeated the order again and it confirmed the order had gone through. So I ended up with 2 orders of which 1 I have since returned and I'm awaiting for the refund.

I recived my item very prompt and was happy with the item. Unfortunately the jumper I recived still had the alarm attached. I now have to go to the shop to have it removed which is very inconvenient.

The service was ok. However may not order on line again. My duaghter ordered and was not aware that you cannot get a refund if the goods do not fit. I am aware you do exchange but we prefer refunds rather than having the money kept by your organisation.

I gave this three stars, but 'normal' is not the right description. Marked down as option to pick up in a store cost the same as home delivery. I've never experienced this with any other company (therefore not normal). I do not want to get a voucher, but free collection option. Otherwise service was excellent (hence not marked as poor).

The only negative feedbacks that you have to pay £4.95 to have your purchase delivered to store and it took 4days

I was disappointed to see that all my items came from sports direct? But yet if I'd ordered from them I'd have got a £5 gift voucher in my order to spend on my next purchase! Unsure whether I'd use the site again if I can buy the same products from other stores! Overall not particularly impressed and I had to pay to return my items!!

Use of site and ordering was easy I felt delivery cost where a little over priced !!! Item was fine no problems just the box was dirty tatty and squashed . Not sure I would order again

I was really disappointed that I had to pay £5 for delivery to a local branch. And even more disappointed that it took 6 days to get there. When I returned some items to the branch I was told that I could only have a credit note not a refund unless I sent it back which would again take me days to receive the money. I feel delivery to a store should be free and that returns to a shop should be applicable for a refund

I think it's bad that I ordered £215 pounds worth of items had to pay postage and then had to pay postage to send bits back other than that everything else was ok

I chose click and collect option and had items delivered to sports direct store. Items arrived pretty quickly. Upon collection I asked sports direct employee about returning items if I needed to. I was advised that a credit note would be issued if returning to store or, if refund required would need to return via post. I did require to return 2 items and subsequently traveled down town on the Sunday to return items to store and receive credit note as advised. This was ok as there was some items in Sports Direct I wanted to purchase. However when I arrived in store I was advised that a credit note could not be supplied and I had been mis-informed by the employee. Therefore I was not very happy as I could not purchase planned items via credit note and I had a wasted journey and had to pay car parking fees, when I could have just posted items back, which I would have done given correct information. Also I ordered£160 worth of items, chose click and collect and still had to pay delivery charge.

Wasnt happy with checking out goods online. It said it was free delivery but then i got charged!! Asked if i wanted a free mug and magazine, if its free why not!? So i said yes. Then they applied it to my basket and charged me. Not just for one but for four lots!! Got a refund on the unwanted items which was fast and communication was good. The delivery costs are unclear and states it free when its not, this was for both home delivery and click and collect. False advertising
