“Disappointed after driving quite a way to my nearest store that your Yeovil branch doesn't hold women's shoes in any size bigger that a 6 but quick effortless delivery online of the shoes I wanted from the store, although £4.99 delivery when I should've been able to get them in store if you stocked a common size was rather annoying.”

“Product looked different on website and the product description was lacking in detail so I didn't end up with the shoes I thought I was getting. I understand the returns policy and I would have liked a different pair but don't want to pay additional postage. Delivery was quicker than expected.”

“Really frustrating that I was going on holiday needed fast delivery paid 6.99. Half of my things didn't fit and had to pay 10.80 to return stuff and was forced to pay another 6.99 for delivery of goods for larger sizes. If my charges for return of goods and the further 6.99 could be compensated that would definitely take the sting out the tail as the charges put me off re ordering again in the future due to my expenses this time.”

“Paid for next day delivery for an item ordered before the recommended time, but it failed to arrive the next day and arrived 48 hours later. E-mailed to complain and received a goodwill gesture of a e-voucher to be used online, although I paid in cash through paypal. Personnally believe it was a breach of contract, but cannot be bothered to pursue. Shall not be using the service again or recommending!”

“Everything we ordered was perfect. The sale prices were fantastic and the fit & quality were brilliant. However, I do disagree with the delivery cost of sending it to a store and this may prevent me ordering from USC again.”

“I ordered 3 pair of shoes, out of 3 pair of shoes two of them arrived okay, however the third pair was supposed to be a size 8 pair of shoes, it did came in the size 8 box however the when I tried the shoes on It came out to be size 6.5. Now the only way to return the shoes is by posting the shoes again to the provided address with the invoice, I do not understand when I have paid a postage to get the order and because of USC not sending the correct order, now I have to pay again a postage to return the wrong pair of shoes I received. If possible can you please make this return or exchange any easier for me as a customer.
