Yodel are the worst courier, the item had to be signed for, I work full time, the delivery person left a sticker on the card to tell me they delivered only between certain times and only accepted calls between 5/6! I rang to be told they would leave it with a neighbour, I said to know do that and was then told I could collect from their house! So I'm paying for a service I have to collect. I was also told I shouldn't order online if I'm not going to be home! They came back the next day and gave to me neighbour which I told them not to do.

i ordered online 2 size shoe for my daughter and i didnt notice anywhere it sayin for a refund would have to post back. tried to return to store to be told can only have credit note or exchange. not really great service. should be on website stating this and if it is on there should b a bit clearer as myself or husband could not find it

The delivery process and organisation was first class. The images on the website and presentation could really be improved Colours and content is very difficult to see.

Pretty poor you can't return online purchases or exchange in your local stores especially in this day and age. Missed a trick as I'd certainly would have purchased more

I loved my purchase, however I had to send all 3 pairs of shoes back, this cost me £13.00 which I was gobsmacked about. I have paid for delivery, so maybe there should be a free returns label.

Not happy as when I purchased the costumes one was sold as 2 separate pieces so purchased both, the other was listed as a 2 piece and I specifically checked to make sure they were not listed as separates, but when it came only got 1 piece of the 2 piece set. So I got in touch with you and you checked and said it was only ever listed as separates, but I know for sure it wasn't. And I would not just purchase one part of a bikini

Can't fault quality of purchases or speed an ease of delivery/ordering. Can however find big fault with having to pay for delivery only for merchandise to arrive literally rammed into a tiny plastic bag all clothing received in a crumpled mess after unpacking. NOT COOL!!! Premium products i'm buying a little more care in your packaging process that i'm paying for us much needed. Think quality! Quality doesnt arrive in a crumpled creased mess.

The main drawback of usc is missing free returns across EU countries. Sometimes I don't buy things just for the reason I am not sure if this xs is really xs as I hope it is. Hopefully they will fix it someday.

Nice outfits but larger from size (i.e. wide fit). Not sure if this is a new trend though or I had to order a size smaller (which was not available)

Using USC were fine, but the courier service you use are appalling. They tried 3 times to deliver, made no attempt to ask the neighbours, left cards & requested that I call the courier. Her phone just rung out every time. She didn't answer her mobile or messages that was suggested on the card to do. I still haven't got my parcel as now I have to wait until it's back at the parcel company - this was for my husbands birthday (yesterday) I would probably not use USC again just because of the delivery company - YODEL - utter crap!

Bizarrely, if you arrange to collect at a store rather than home delivery, you're still charged 4.99 postage.

I originally bought a cash item in a closing down sale and was told I could return it, however on returning to the store I was told I could only exchange for an online voucher and not a refund. The online service has been good, no hassle refund on unsuitable items.

Fantastic product I don't understand why I paid 5 pound delivery to the store to vet send to sports direct and have a five pound voucher for their store when I never shop there seems stupid to me.

Actuall store is great,ordered my t shirt Monday night for an next day day service which I paid £6.99 for,expecting it on Wednesday for family photos it didn't arrive till Thursday,very disappointed in that respect Regards tim

Ordered jeans that were available online but was sent the wrong size. The size I wanted is now out of stock. A bit frustrating but I got a quick refund and I have ordered previous clothes from USC and found them quite good.

I went into the shop to buy a pair of shoes but the size I wanted wasn't available. None of the staff suggested I look at your website for the shoes I was looking for and I only found them because I took the time to look for the shoes online. Perhaps your staff could take the time to have a look at the store's website or suggest to customers they might be able to buy the item online and have it delivered to the store and so customer and retailer will be happy?
