Cheaper prices than a lot of places but unfortuntely, USC use Yodel for home delivery who are one of the least efficient, least helpful companies out there (plus delivery is very expensive!). Otherwise, very happy

Ordered a pair of trainers, love ones nice when they came, ease the until I had a closer look a noticed marks and a stain! Did not have time to send them back! Unexpected from a store like this! Never again

Delivery seems expensive, £5 every time. This is quite annoying because there are always bargains and delivery costs start to become prohibitive if you order a lot of times. Its difficult to get something delivered to a different address, the web page takes you back a stage and its confusing.

Received a dirty pair of trainers that had clearly been wore, taken back and re sold. If my son hadn't needed them for school I would have returned rather than having to clean them

I've given normal as all that I had ordered turned up ok. However I was under the impression that for any purchase over £200 delivery would be paid for?! Also despite the fact I have reviewed your email link for me to be able to write this review, when I tried to sign into my account with your website, it fails to recognise my email address?

I wouldn't have bought on line but I had no choice as the USC stores don't stock all the sizes. Tried 2 different USC shops, instead had to pay £5.00 more to order on line and had another trip into town to collect the item from the shop. Would be better if click and collect was free. The £5.00 voucher for a later purchase is not the same.

The delivery arrived quickly. However the quality of the product is less than satisfactory. I ordered a black soul cal hoodie and washed it when it arrived as per the instructions on the garment and the black dye ran through all white writing on the arm.

Liked both shirts but one didn't fit, I did return it and have'nt heard if you have or have not received it yet. I wanted it to be changed to a medium.

It took quite a while to arrive, I was told it would take 4-5 working days but instead it took 8 working days, I was expecting it to be delivered to the store as I had chosen a click a collect option, however when they arrived I was told to go to a completely different store to collect them. However the pricing was nice and affordable.

The email updates were great but I collected mine from Sports Direct in the Arndale and they were not helpful at all. The store manager wasn't even aware they did click and collect for USC. When I got to the click and collect checkout the girl spent 5 minutes telling me they don't offer this service yet when I asked her to check the back room she came back with my order.

Order turned up quickly but 1 item was damaged. Took 1 week to turn around which was ok but I wasn't offered any sort of refund for my postage costs. I don't see why I should be paying to send back faulty items.

I paid £5 for item to be delivered to store. It took a week to be delivered to store, then cost me £2.80 to return 2nd class. Not a good service

Disappointed to be charged £4.99 to have my order delivered instore. 1st shop that I have been charged and then get a £5 voucher to spend instore. Would not use this service again, sorry

Great price, however, the item didn't fit. What was most annoying was that even if the item had fitted, there was a security tag attached, so a trip to a USC store would have been required, which defeats the object of online ordering. That said, USC did cover the cost of the return item. Now we wait <14 days for the refund to appear.
