“One pair of trainers which was order came with two different coloured shoes inside. One white and one cream.”

“Love my purchase and it arrived around 4 days from when I ordered it although I do think £4.99 is expensive shipping costs compared to other retailers of a similar kind. Also, usually with companies, in store collection is free but with USC it still costs the same as having it delivered to your chosen address”

“All in all a good service. The only thing that lets it down is the returns policy and the fact you have to pay to return items. This will stop me buying in the future. I had my item delivered to a store I feel I should be able to return them to that store.”

“Your service was good, the only issue I have is that you charge for click and collect. One of the very few places that still did that. So I had a bargain from your website but had to pay standard delivery to just collect from your store. A bit silly.”

“Prices online are different to in store which I don't understand, albeit prices cheaper online but the same item is still full price in store... I don't get it! And I think £4.99 delivery to store is rediculous. I get you get £5 back to spend in store but technically you are still spending it in store so you are not saving anything. I think delivery to store should be free. But other than that I do like USC, good prices and quality clothes for young people.”

“Unfortunately sizing was completely out on 80% of items.....the other .20% did not feel of quality so not great overall. ...I usually buy items from house of fraser and sizing never a problem ...goods .did arrive on time though tks”

“Excellent marketing, excellent promotional emails, excellent response. Three negatives/ points to improve: 1. The quality of the goods arrived usually are not in best shape, for example, a certain good may arrive in dirty situation considering the proper packing it has been through. 2. No mobile application is available and which makes it more useful. 3. Lack of brands and I would suggest bringing new brands like Burrberry, and more variety in Emporio Armani. In other words, I suggest wider variety. Thanks”
