“Happy with the product, however service at collection was a disappointment. I was told to collect at Sports Direct. I joined a queue only to be told when I finally got to the front, that I needed to be in a different queue. I queued again & was then told I had to go to USC not Sports Direct. Even though my collection note said Sports Direct, I did query this but the assistant was adamant. I went to USC to be told I should definitely be collecting from Sports Direct! Went back to Sports Direct to queue again & when they finally looked, my parcel was there all along! Not impressed!!”

“Hi, I received this email before I got confirmation that my order had arrived in store. I placed my order a week ago which is a little longer than I'd hoped for & there wasn't indication that it would take this long as my previous order was delivered within 3 days.”

“I ordered some converse hi tops for my daughter, they were £23 on line in the sale. When they arrived there was a £16 sale price sticker on them!! Not happy !!!”

“The product was good and excellent value for money, however considering this was my first order in a long time, I was not impressed with paying for the express delivery and it arriving a day later than the increased premium advised me! Not value for money on the delivery!”

“It seems a poor show....that when you order goods ...and they are available on the site....you pay for them....then you get told they are not in stock !!!!.. The system should be better so you don't actually pay for them in the first place !!!”

“I received my order quickly but one of my tops has an ink security tag on it. I tried to find out how to get it removed but your website tells me to pay to send it back to you. I think it is really poor that I can't phone and speak to someone to find out how to get the tag removed.”

“Clothes I ordered was good had to take one pair of shoes back due to bad quality made I think it bad how they charge for delivery for you to collect from shop for them to then give you £5 voucher which you have already brought the products so you don't want a voucher so they should just not charge ! All money making”

“Generally very good service with delivery. On occasions when I've returned items I'm always unsure what the subsequent emails mean when they say 'We have amended your account' .....never sure if that means a refund has been activated.”
