“Bit disappointing that you order things from USC and they arrive in sports direct packaging.I often shopped at there stores and found products really impressive but think the online store isn't.maybe it's just a holding place for products they wouldn't put in store.????”

“All in all not too bad with just two exceptions that's always p****d me off and that's the fact that half the time the packaging is either inadequate or battered and bruised by the time it gets here ( and that's including packaging of actual items bought like trainer and shoe boxes for example ) and the other thing was the lack of a pre-paid returns service of some sort?”

“I would have given more stars but it cost me £10 for 2 deliveries and £12 to return something so altogether £22 to try something on and return. Too expensive”

“Quality of goods and sizing not accurate. Returns should be paid by the company and NOT by the customer thus encouraging more business..”

“Returns policy is really poor. If I buy in store can only get a credit note. If I buy online I can return to store but get only a credit note. If I post back I have to pay for p&p which is close to £10. I use other sites that offer free returns. I tend to choose them now.”

“One of my t-shirts had a hold in it but for £4.50 I couldn't be bother with the hassle of exchanging it. £5 for delivery to their store is a bit excessive with with a £5 voucher to use in store for the next year. All in all, good service and products and I'll use again.”

“When my order arrived the clothes looked like they had just been thrown in the bag very creased. Also I disagree with the postage charged when most online retailers offer free for a certain spend. USC charge for postage no matter what the spend is”

“Whole experience was absolutely fine I would have given five stars but the company should take a leaf out of almost every other company's book and make in store delivery and pick up free. Charging 4.99 is way too much but having said that I paid it because the coat I bought was a bargain.”

“I love shopping with usc, usually in your shops, very disappointed about your return system though, think you must be one of the very few that charge the customer for returns. I ordered 4 pairs of trainers for my children, 2 of these needed to be exchanged for smaller size, and one you sent me the wrong size!, it cost me over £12 to return!!!!! I probably won't be shopping online with your store any longer now, due to this.”

“Although I was happy with the service the thing I was a little annoyed about is that I tried to order the same trainers from sports direct first as they were £3 cheaper and they didn't have my size, but when yours arrived they were from sports direct at Shirebrook on the parcel label and even had a sports direct sticker on the box? This doesn't seem right to me that I have to pay more from you for something I was told I couldn't get from them yet it comes from them ???”

“Love the shoes but I paid for delivery next day and it did specificity say the date I would get them. They didn't come until the day after. Not very happy about that”
