The parcel came as expected and happy with the contents on first glance, yet to try on though. I ordered the parcel to be delivered to work to make things easier as I'm a teacher but the first time it was delivered was outside school hours and knowing it was a school, I would have thought they would bring it during school hours. On the second attempt it arrived though so not to worry.

Everything went well but the only thing that lets it down is the delivery time. Now a days a lot of retailers offer next day delivery or even within two days and even for free. USC delivery time was 5 working days? And it was charging me just to pick it up from store. I think this part of the service could be improved. Theres too much competition out there and USC should offer a quicker delivery of products.

order arrived quickly and most of it was in good condition apart from one mug i ordered which was all smashed up. other than that it was all good

Sizing accurate and good quality materials. Delivery took longer than anticipated but should probably have been expected since ordering over "black Friday" weekend.

Not that impressed with this pretty green polo shirt it very thin and Fred perry same price much better quality. The shirt was delivered creased to bits looked like it had been dragged on the floor. I will have to steam iron it before giving as a Christmas presebt

Really disappointed that I had to pay for returning item , delivery had to be paid this I understand. Don't think I will b ordering again with yourselfs .

Should have just drove to a store! If i had known that usc use yodel as their delivery company i wouldn't have order it online and drove the 30 miles or so to my nearest store.

No other shopping website that allows delivery to store charges as they should just be a part of normal store deliveries and the fact that the price has gone up for doing so with no improvement to the service ie the amount of time it takes for goods to be delivered is unacceptable. On the other hand good quality products at reasonable prices.

The Police Tshirt was very poor quality and arrived totally crushed, not expected for £24.99. I will be returning it then noticed I had to pay the return postage. Very poor service from such a large company. I won't use the online service again

my pretty grenn t-shirts came very quickly however on of them was opened in a ripped bag and all crumpled up as if it had been thrown in the bag for delivery. wasnt that happy considering these are expensive t-shirts

Still waiting for products. Paid the extra £5.99 for express delivery 1-2 working days, meaning the items should of been delivered on 2nd December 2014, it is now the 3rd December?

I ordered a winter jacket that came still with security tag attached to it which I managed to get off eventually but have damaged my brand new jacket. I took the item in store and they refused to take tag off even withmy receipt. First bad experience with usc but will put me off buying anything in future. Real slack performance from distribution team extremely disappointed

USC need to get a next day delivery option. £5.99 for two day delivery is far too expensive compared to your competitors. The delivery I paid for arrived late on the afternoon of the second day and was therefore too late for my needs. A waste of money. I will not be using this service again. A next day delivery option to Store would even be more suitable.

Items were received in the time scale between 3 to 5 days but 1 item still had the security tag attached. Other than that all was good

Easy to order and purchase and delivery was fairly quick. Good price however charging to collect in store is a bit of a con and the amount you have to spend to get free delivery is quite high

I recently ordered a few products online. I received them fine but decided that a pair of boots were the wrong size and wanted to swap them. I also noticed that they had a fault. I took them into the store in Dundee to be told that I had to send them back because they had a fault. My point is that i made the trip to the store thinking that it would be a better solve if I could deal with it in person but now I have to go through all the hastle of sending them back, waiting for a reply, waiting for the replacement. It seems a lot of inconvenience for the customer when it could it could have been dealt with by staff. I'm sure there would be faulty products in store that would be going back to the same place? Anyway...It was my fault the product was the wrong size so as you would, I went to the store to swap them but I was not allowed because it was faulty which was not my fault so why should I not have had the product swaped in store?

The shirt I ordered was a perfect fit, but I was disappointed with the packing as the shirt had been rolled up and was very crumpled.
