“This is not the first time I have ordered from usc and been unhappy with my items I bought a jacket which had the security tag left on this time I ordered a t-shirt which had a hole on the sleeve where the security tag had been removed with force which is now gonna cost me to send back I won't be purchasing from usc again !!”

“Was happy with my order until I received an email saying one of my items was now unavailable. I don't understand how the said item can be sold to me and a day later realise it isn't in stock. I think better care and attention should be paid to stock numbers as this isn't the first time this has happened to me.”

“I was happy with the delivery service however I bought this item as a Christmas present and was disappointed that the shoe box was all battered and ripped. The item itself was fine.”

“Products are good with a great range of choice, but I ordered a coat and the bottom popper was broken on one side so emailed back to them asking them what should I do with regards to exchanging for another one but never heard anything back, so after service isn't brilliant”

“ordered with collect+ to local petrol station and USC just sent it addressed to the petrol station in a Republic bag via Yodel and sent me a nonsense collect+ tracking code. took ages to actually get the package and USC customer service didn't seem to understand it was a problem. clothes were good, prices good”

“The parcel came on time, only problem is I received footwear, id ordered size 7 and was sent size 5! to return them I have to pay the delivery fees even though its not my fault, I would have kept them if they were the right size so not too happy! :(”

“My order turned up and half the stuff was all creased Into a ball in the bag. Some of these things were Christmas presents so I was very disappointed with the way it was packaged. Products themselves were good value though.”

“I paid 5.99 to get my delivery as quick as possible. They arrived within 2 days very pleased. Tried the sandals on and they where too big realised you had sent the wrong size. Called your customer services and the girl I spoke to Emma was extremely polite and efficient and helped solve the issue. Thanks Emma :)”

“Great delivery service, but poor returns system. If I've spent £100 I don't want to have to pay for royal mail or Yodel to return any unsuitable items for a cash refund, although you can return to USC shop but you only get a credit note.”

“Bit disapointed that parcel only just got to me at the end of the third day having paid the extra for express delivery. Also, think delivery charges are high when customers are spending >£100.”

“very pleased with the items which I ordered bit disappointed with the communication when items are out of stock as I ordered a lot of items when received my purchase there was an item not on the list and had to reorder this item again having to pay a second lot for delivery.”

“I purchased a lipsy handbag from you and this being my first order and this is a Christmas present I am deeply disappointed as it looks cheap and fake and the word "lipsy" isn't even straight on the handbag,I feel too embarressed to give this to my friend so feel I have wasted 30 pound. There was no packaging for the handbag either,just chucked in with the other stuff I ordered which I'm happy with”
