“First parcel arrived with correctly ordered goods inside. Second parcel however contained incorrect item and have had no response yet from returning these and awaiting the correct item to be sent. Tried repeatedly to get onto website to view my account - would not let me .........”

“Delivery was slow, not impressed. But the boots are divine, I am really pleased with them. Postage should have been 3-5days. Alas to late for my trip to London. Gutted...will hesitate to order again due to delivery. Real shame as I loved your site. ????”

“Slow delivery ordered some boots size 9 came as 9 but were huge more like size 11 also some jeans and a t-shirt but didn't like so it cost me £12 to send them back, it also takes upto 14 days to get your money back”

“Products from USC were as described however I was not amused with the delivery from yodel. I paid extra for fast delivery yet I didn't get my products any quicker than I would have with normal delivery. Will go to a store in future.”

“Not very happy to try an extra large sweat top on to find it is about a medium. Now have extra cost of returning. I've certainly not grew as I've been xl size for a long time. Disappointing.”

“The prices are good and competitive, and if there is a problem with an item they do refund you the full amount you paid, including the postage. Unfortunately they do not accept returns in the store, which in this day and age is a bit shocking. I returned some boots to USC, their address for returns is in Scotland. Although after 3 weeks there was no sign of my refund, the customer service team was very quick to sort out. All in all, a good company which is let down by a few outdated procedures.”

“Like the clothes and the feel in your stores , but was dissapiinted when I returned something that I paid cash for and was told I could only have a credit note! So then choose something else which wasn't in my size and was told to order it on line and that I could use my credit note online but the staff was unsure how to do this so I called customer service and it was explained ! Finally got what I wNted but felt like a long way round ! Would be nice if I pay cash I get cash back ! I do t normally return stuff but it was my wife's choice !! Hopefully this can help in your way forward with customer relations”
