Having ordered two pairs of trainers recently occasions I can say that I was unhappy that the courier left our first items on our doorstep possibly between 9pm and the early hours even though we were at home. Only discovering the parcel the next morning by tripping over it as I left the house. I returned this item as they were too small for the next size up which was at the time shown in stock. Regrettably I have received an email showing a credit which I presume means that my size is unavailable ? In between this transaction I ordered another pair of shoes and my order accepted and payment made. Several days later I received an email confirming a refund as the item is out of stock! My point is this. Why take orders you cannot honour, surely the system is automated to tally with the stock held ?

Good pricing but Unfortunatley the sizes weren't right for me. I wasn't happy that I couldn't return thr goods and get a refund in store. It's costing in the region of £10+ for delivery, once to receive the goods and then to return.

Unfortunately I had to return a pair of boots as they were faulty. The staff were able to offer a prompt refund and I have ordered another pair as they were not in stock in the branch.

It's a shame such a popular company as usc uses a delivery company such as yodel, after a whole week of calling and chasing as to where my item was with no response from yodel, I ended up cancelling my order amd requested a refund, usc is great but the company they use to deliver which is yodel are rubbish, they don't deliver your items, just hassle and stress!

Considering delivery was very expensive it took a while to arrive and the box was damaged and had dints and marks on it. I woudldnt mind but its a christmas present for somebody

After my direct email has been ignored.. I ordered a 2 pack of white G/Star tshirts which came back unpackaged and one was dirty. Had no response on how to resolve this?

The price of the product and the time of delivery was excellent, I would of voted 5 stars but 1 of my items came with the security tag on which has caused an inconvenience and it shouldn't really happen. A little idea aswell maybe for your customers benefit, that when they purchase products on your site, they have a 10% voucher from their previous buy to re-use on the site as well. This pleases the customer and gets them to return to buying from the your site. Just an idea :).

Disappointed with delivery. Paid £5.99 for fast delivery but am having to collect from courier depot over 1 week later. Courier uncontactable.

I have contacted your company on numerous occassions as I stupidly ordered the same item twice my order was cancelled but nobody can tell me if my refund has been processed and if the money has been put back into my bank account alls i keep being told is that it takes approximately 5 working days and that I need to contact my bank. Apart from this the delivery was speedy for the item that was ordered.

purchased trainers which were great but put in a voucher code for free delivery on orders over £40 which did not work this is not the first time that voucher codes haven't worked this has happened regular

The shopping experience itself was fine, I found the product easily but it was the delivery service that let the whole experience down. I received the shipping email 8 days after the product had been delivered. The delivery service used is the courier I have had the worst experience with and didn't not satisfy this time.

delivery in items that were in stock quick but very disappointed that i only received half my order as items were out of Stock. Surely if i click and buy that item is mine. I have never had this problem wirh any other online store and I could understand if one item was wrong but half is not on and they are still showing as available on the website very infuriating. This will put me off ordering from you again

Good when i get the item on time and the right size many times i was not treated right my items arrived later that what i paid for not reply from their end when i contacted them no compensation. its a poor company with poor customer service

It would be a better service if you didn't have to pay for returns or a small fee a bit like M and M direct.
