Generally good selection of clothing to choose from. What stops me buying more is the poor postage costs and returns system compared to competitors. USC are missing the trick.

The parka is very poor, after my son wore it for two days the stitching has burst under both arms. Very disappointed.

Very happy with product but very high delivery costs. £4.00 for a belt and 3 days to deliver via Yodel (a guy in a beat up car!) is very steep!

Everything was really good apart from one thing. Delivery was fast , Items were all in good condition and website was easy to use. One thing that was really dissapointing was how they mistreated the packaging of the items. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a hat. The hat was meant to be a gift and it came in a box but when opened the package that arrivered the box was ripped opened. Which was a shame as it was going to a gift and it would of been better if the box it came in was intact. It looks like that when out for delivery it was chucked in the van and the two pairs of shoes squashed the hat. Apart from that pleased with what o recieved just a little disappointed.

Unfortunately the item I really wanted was cancelled, really disappointing as I only bought the other items to make the postage price worth the amount

Wasn't in when parcel arrived didn't appreciate the fact it was left with a neighbour last time a card got left for a parcel they denied it been given to them even though I had a card saying so had dispute with the company I purchased from and lost a fair bit of money as they didn't give money back and no parcel

The products and savings are second to none. Purchased a 300 quid coat for 80 quid and was well chuffed with it when it eventually arrived. And that's the problem ...........The delivery company, Yodel. Wasted a day off work awaiting a delivery that never came as the "vehicle broke down". The following day (despite informing them that nobody would be in and I was willing to collect from the depot) they attempted a delivery and left a card stating that they would attempt again 2 days later. When I queried why it would be 2 days later they told me the driver was off on a Wednesday! I offered to collect from the depot again but was told that the driver had the product at his own private address! In the end the driver came round that night (they must have contacted him). He was actually a really nice bloke but the company are a joke.

Shopping with was fine. But delivery still hasn't taken place. I was emailed Tuesday to say parcel would be delivered that day so waited in than at 9 pm emailed to say would be delivered Wednesday but by the end of Wednesday still no parcel. Yodel then emailed Thursday morning to say they had attempted delivery but no one was in and they didn't even try to leave it with my neighbour. Unfortunately this has put me off buying from you as I work so can't be in all the time. We have a neighbour who is more than happy to take parcels but Yodel wouldn't do that. Couldn't make contact with courier so still no parcel.

Not happy at all, for a start, i thought u did free returns, otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place, I only buy online if returns are free,otherwise because you cannot try the items on before buying, it can get into high postage costs, 2 of tops are not a "L" but much bigger, I am a 36" bust size 14 and these two tops BURY ME!!! The other one is too small, I will be returning and want a refund please.

Great range and easy to use website. Only drawback is return postage charges on unwanted or faulty items. Websites like Debenhams offer free delivery on returns; which is valuable as distance selling by its nature means some items will physically look different than online. I had an issue once where I ordered a pair of Diesel jeans in the sale and they never arrived. I had bought them from USC rather than another site and I had to chase USC to find out they would never be coming as had sold out. By this time the other site had sold out also. When I replied to USC asking if they could help with the issue they never replied. So do not expect good after sales service. I stopped using the site for a period of time after this incident. But on the positive pricing is competitive and delivery very swift.

I've purchased on USC web store a few times in the past and they had all been very positive. Unfortunately this wasn't the case for my latest experience. I bought a G-Star aviator sunglasses and it arrived with the case missing, contrary to what was advertised on the website. Returned it straight away and emailed to have the issue on the record.

Delivery was fast even on standard delivery, nice jumper but even the xs is quite a baggy fit but still a nice cosy jumper.

Very disappointed, I received my parcel which was ripped open, then the contents which two were presents were completely battered. And upon further inspection something was missing.

USC itself was very efficient, the delivery company however was very disappointing. Paid for next day delivery and after 2-3 days had to do a lot of calling round USC and delivery company to see where parcel was and when to expect delivery, Eventually received package, USC did mention they would refund delivery charge.

Order received in a fairly timely manner for the standard delivery, however disappointed that my delivery (via Yodel) was simply left on my doorstep when it was supposed to be signed for, and in fact was delivered at 5am! USC order process simple and items pretty much as described, quality varies.

Was pleased with delivery times however when my trainers arrived they were marked on the front. As you have to pay to return items and I would have to have been home for the replacements arriving (or rely on a neighbour taking them) I decided just to keep them. I spotted the mark as soon as I took the trainers out of the box therefore i feel it's something that should have been picked up before they were sent out.
