“Love the company but the courier u use is dibolical still waiting for for my parcel even tho I paid for next day delivery Thursday . Failed attempt at delivery sat no card left . Call up Monday no one seems to know what is going on with my parcel told 3 different things . Asked the company if they could try to deliver after 3 as I work til 2 everyday. Supposed to be delivering today if they deliver early I will miss it again then have to go to the service center which is at least half hour journey each way. .”

“Quick and easy sale and delivery but I needed a different size so had to return 3 items for an exchange, this cost me £8! It should be free to return and item, especially if you want to exchange it. For this reason I won't be shopping online with USC again.”

“Boots arrived on time, unfortunately they were too small. Returned (at my cost) using easy labelling provided. The parcel was half the price to post than I payed for it be delivered!”

“I was happy with the ordering , posting , in happy that a tshirt I wanted to take on holiday soon has arrived not in original or any packaging and had what I believe was make up on it in several places , poor ! , this will need returning , !! At my cost !! I would like a member if customer services to contact me concerning this !”

“I ordered two coats for £120 and they did not fit. For me to return them for an exchange is going to cost me £20 how ridiculous is that. Do NOT order on line they do not offer free postage unlike all other retailers!!!”

“Good service, however I'm having to return the item today as the size I ordered isn't what I thought. Description is sizing C6 (which I assumed is a 6) however this is a 6.5. Unfortunately can not exchange as I think all stock are halve sizes :(”

“When browsing from a mobile it's very annoying not being able to see all items in a page. Having to wait for more items to view is tiresome when there is no piton to view all. I.e all shirts all polo's etc.”

“Quality of product was excellent. The box for the trainers was absolutely battered. Box was all ripped at two corners and all bashed in. A little dissapointing as these are a birthday gift and does not look too impressive with a smashed up box.”

“I bought 2 blazers and a pair of shoes. The blazers were great but the shoes didn't fit. Pros: Great sale prices Speedy delivery Cons: High delivery and returns costs compared to other online shops Have to spend £100 to get free delivery Can't return items to store Verdict: I probably wouldn't shop online again with USC solely down to having to pay high returns cost (I would end up paying a third of the price of the shoes just to return them!)”
