“I use USC stores a lot but this was my first purchase online. For value and quality in stores I would give 5 stars and would online as well if I hadn't have received one completely wrong item (which I now have to pay to return), two items which look different to what they did in the pictures and had one item completely cancelled because even though it said in stock it changed before posting the next day. I did however receive three of the 7 items that I ordered with no problems and am happy with them. I also had issues using a student online discount code which was frustrating. Disappointed overall with this delivery but happy with some of the items that I recieved.”

“The Jacket arrived on time and using your website is easy and straight forward. My only complaint is that I had to pay to return the jacket ( which was too big) and to be honest it cost a lot more than I would like to have paid. This said, I would be very hesitant to use the site again as there are so many other clothing stores out there that pay for return shipping. It just does not make sense to for me to buy anything knowing that in case I need to return the item , I will be paying £6 or so for the pleasure. If or when they start offering free returns I will definitely be back as a satisfied customer.”

“The service was good and the products arrived in a timely manner but as I didn't want the item and had to return it the fact that you don't have free returns like most internet companies these days mean I will not be ordering from you again.....it cost me £10 for nothing :(”

“Bought some converse for my little girl and they were in perfect condition and a beautiful colour, box was slightly damaged but made no difference to the shoes. Delivery was quick but expensive. Shoes were in the sale but nearly went up to full price with the delivery so didn't really save much.”

“Everything arrived quickly and in great conditions, but when i opened the box noticed that the color of the item didn't matched the picture in the site. In the site the Nike shoes i bought looked more like a dark red, and i received pink tenis shoes, which i ended up returning.”

“I received damaged shoes so I was a little disappointed by that and the fact I would have to pay to post them back. Luckily I found a store in London and they agreed to exchange.”

“I ordered pants and pair of trainers, but in the middle of delivery I was told the trainers I wanted they run out of stock. I believe you should say that before a customer places an order.”

“I used to think USC was very good but think lately getting very sloppy with packaging. Most of my items now come loose in large open bits of plastic with holes each end and clothing just looks like it has been thrown in and when most of the clothes im ordering are quite expensive I just think nobody cares anymore and probably would be better just going to the actual shop!!”

“Although prices seem good, and delivery was quite quick. It is extremely disappointing service and MASSIVE cost if you wish to send something back. Until you can return to store when purchasing online, I will never shop USC on line again.”

“My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, this was because an item was out of stock. My order only arrived because I contacted USC to ask where my things were, only to be told the items that were out of stock had to be removed from my order before the order could be dispatched. Communication is not at it's best!!”
