“Overall service was good, however I would be more likely to use online shops that offer free returns as I like to order a couple of different things and pick the one(s) I like. Paying to return items is a little frustrating.”

“Although I found the online shopping experience quite good, I think p&p is costly and you should not have to pay for delivery to a shop to collect! My initial purchase was in store and I was unaware until I wanted to return the item that USC do not offer refunds. However after phoning call centre (on hold for 18 mins) I was told by a helpful member of staff that I could now use the credit note from store online. This was the best part of the shopping experience, hence my scoring of normal.”

“After receiving the wrong shoes, I returned them to a local USC assuming we could just swap but was extremely disappointed to be told if I wanted to swap (I required a smaller size too) that it would be nearly double the price. I took a credit note and drove home with a disappointed teenager to re order online! Online order was received quickly and second time round had right shoes!”

“Very disappointed that USC does not offer free postage on returns/exchanges. I've now spent the best part in £8 on postage alone. Most retailers at least offer CollectPlus service. Can't you see it makes all the difference in this competitive market?”

“USC are a good supplier but for the price you pay for delivery you would expect your parcel to arrive quicker than present. It would be nice if they locations you could collect from which would be free delivery or a small charge.”
