“3 of the 4 pairs of trainers i ordered i am very happy with,however the other pair looked completely different in colour to what i expected.they were bought for my 5 year old boy but they arrived purple & pink in colour so obviously i sent them straight back at a cost of £2.90 p&p to myself”

“A faulty product was sent out which cost me £11 to return. I am still awaiting the outcome as to whether or not a refund of that amount is going to be made given that the boots would not have been returned had they not been damaged. I am pleased to say that the replacement boots appear to be in perfect condition although I have not worn them yet. Otherwise the service was really good, very quick delivery/exchange.”

“Delivery and service was excellent only problem was i received one of the item which was a white hoody out of the plastic bags which it originally should be in to protect it from dirt. The hoody had a light black mark on the shoulder which luckily disappeared after a wash”

“Delivery made difficult by fact needed a signature. May be a good idea consider allowing free returns to store as a lot of other companies do with online ordering”

“Don't like the delivery company you use (Yodel) as they do not give a time for delivery so you have to stay in all day and wait for your parcel. They didn't leave it with a neighbour either so missed first delivery. Not happy that I have to pay to return an item - due to this will probably not use USC again. The item I did keep was excellent.”

“The ordering process was pretty good but l did have problems on my nexus 10 with pages not loading properly on some ocassions. I thought it may be connection at home so l tried it at work and still encountered similar problems. That said l do enjoy the site and the products that you have on offer.”

“Item of footwear I ordered was good quality and good value for money. The order process was easy and quick delivery, but unfortunately they are going back as the size advertised online was an 8 and they have arrived and are only a 7 in a size 8 box, so bit of a mix up. Dissappointing that they don't have what I ordered, so require refund once returned.”

“The delivery time was excellent. However, the items I ordered were of the same brand but are at least 1.5sizes different ( both should be the same). The returns procedures dramatically let USC down. You should be able to return to stores or free returns via post/couriers. His would make me buy from USC a lot more and on a regular basis. For this reason alone I would chose to shop online with competitors in the future. Thank you”
