“The service was good however the refurn was dificult please look into to it”

“I have received my order very quickly and with no problems at all. But, I received the dress I purchased dirty and with a fabric hole at the upper part. It wil cost me much more than the price of the dress itself to have it shipped back to USC. I am not sure why this happened since this is not the first time I purchase from your site and all the other articles were perfect. Kind regards, Antoniya”

“Box was very damaged which was disappointing. Was meant as a gift but ended up keeping them myself as box was so damaged. Couldn't be bothered to return due to being too much hassle :-(”

“Delivered to the billing address, and not to where i am... slightly annoying cause im at uni, and now have to travel home to recieve it.. But flipside it was a quick turnover time, excellent.”

“Unfortunately I received jeans wrong length. Size on the bag stated 32 32 but jeans itself was 32 30. A bit disappointed however always liked shoping here and in tge store therefore forgive this mistake as only cost me 9 £”

“Some items were missing and sizes are small extra large come in at large so had to reorder bigger size XXL for chest size 46 / 48 will give it more stars when receive next order and return items”

“Ordered a pair of your Ugg boots as a present for someone special. Whilst the boots are as ordered, the box is labelled for a pair of a totally different size and filled with bits of card that appeared to be packaging from a picture frame. Also, there wasn't any product care documentation in the box as I would have expected. With the boots costing so much I'd have expected more attention to detail especially as I wish to give them as a gift. This said, I do have the boots I ordered and everything else about the purchase was smooth and efficient.”

“The shirt I received was not the one I ordered. It looks similar but is not the same one. Product code matches but the online pics are different. Different buttons and design on back. But I will keep it but would have preferred the other”

“This is the second time I've ordered from USC online and I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed with their website as the stock has been out of date on both occasions. After placing my order I've received emails to say that unfortunately my items are no longer available. Overall the communication is good, my most recent order took a week to arrive which I felt was a bit long considering the delivery isn't a free service. I think in future I would prefer to shop in one of the stores which is a shame because you seem to get better value for money online. - Sarah”

“It's not easy when asked to write a review about an individual company, when the courier that company chooses is Yodel, and Yodel let them down ( as it has at done at other times from other companies )”

“Don't have any problems with USC, however I do have second thoughts when ordering stuff from them due to USC using Yodel couriers to deliver the items. Never had a delivery without incident if it's came from Yodel. USC use another courier I'll order clothes from them constantly.”

“Had some difficulty using the website, couldn't enter discount code and in the end just ended up not using the code therefore not receiving discount. Delivery also took quite long but products were of usual good standard.”

“process to order was very easy, unhappy with delivery side of things, courier told me I needed a signature for the parcel, unfortunately I wasn't in at the time so he left it in a outside cupboard which must have been taken as it's not there, no note through the door to say it was left there or nothing, haven't heard a thing since.”
