“Why pay for delivery when it goes to store then also pay for the shipping cost to go back”

“I ordered on line and had my order delivered to my local store (wakefield Trinity Walk ) I recieved an email Thursday to say my order had been delivered so I went that evening and it wasn't there the staff were helpful and said they only get deliveries Mondays & Friday's so I was disappointed”

“Shopping was fine but if you insist on using Yodel as your courier, I won't be coming near this place again! Been waiting nearly a month now it's a joke save yourselfs the hassle!”

“The jacket itself is good and was delivered on time but the jacket was on sale from £160 to £115 which was great until it came wil a sale sticker on saying £105!!!!!”

“We went into USC in Inverness, staff were very, very helpful and happy to check out for availability of stock for us. We ended up having to order online which was fine, there was no sizes suitable in stock at the time. Ordering online, quick and easy although have to say after paying £91 for our items and still having to pay for home delivery but which was worse - had to pay for COLLECTION IN STORE. Only shop I have came across that charges for collecting from the store.”

“Delivery came quickly - am very disappointed though that the product i ordered i paid £52 for - and there was a price tag on it for £45! This is very rude and a bit of a kick on the teeth really. If the price had changed it would be advisable to NOT show buyers that it was available cheaper previously.”

“As per normal. Ordering through their website is a joy, as it has been many many times before . Then I book a day off work so I can sign for the delivery. And no show. Even though their track and trace still says today. I am totally disgusted I could have been at work earning some Much needed cash at this time of year.”

“The item was fine, but yodel delivered the parcel in the evening, knocked on the door and straight away knocked on the window. And he didn't have the parcel with him, he had to go back to his van for it. I think he needs some training on customer service and banging on someone's window before we've had time to open the door is not appropriate.”

“The delivery was quick, but the boots I ordered were damaged which was disappointing as I had to pay to have them returned and frustrating as I was planning on wearing them this weekend”
