“I ordered a USPro Top and running leggings. The leggings were nice quality fabric and I liked the high waist, however, I assumed they were full length, not cropped. The website did not give details of lengths and had I know, I wouldn't have ordered them. I'm a size 14/16 and ordered the size 16, they are quite big and don't provide the waist slimming support. The top looked ok in the photo, but not in reality, so again, I wouldn't have ordered it and may return it as it's not very flattering on.”

“Nothing wrong with the product I ordered it on the Saturday night and it gets delivered to the store a week on Sunday 7 full days to get to store is way to slow! I order at the same time from debenhams and they delivered to the store on the Wednesday 4 full days earlier”

“Having to pay for returns and delivery is problematic particularly for heavy purchases like men's shoes and makes me reluctant to buy more which I otherwise would”

“Shoes were Not as good as they looked in the pictures poor quality.will not be ordering from here again as to return the items it was very costly I think it is wrong that you have to pay to send things back”

“I was very happy with how quickly the order was processed and delivered. However, I did state on my order that I didn't want marketing or promotional materials emailed to me and have received several promotional emails. I have so far had to unsubscribe 3 times!”

“Items arrived as stated on the postage i had paid for. unfortunately 1 of the items. (G-Star Jumper) arrived with the security tag on. Fortunately my partner works at another high street retailer who kindly removed the security tag. it would pay to check & double check items before dispatch”

“Poor service ending up paying for delivery through usc billing system when opted to collect from local store. Store turned out to be sports direct. Poor service there as always. Staff on zero hour contracts so have no real customer service skills . Walked out store after collection feeling extremely angry being laughed at by staff as turned my back on her on tills the day went to collect. Reason for laughing was because I waited at a general till to collect only to find collections were upstairs of the Thurmaston store in Leicester. No signs to show this when entered store and a child like minded staff behind till giggling when had to go up to collect. sports direct and use partnership a disgrace will never be shopping there again from past experience too and family all made aware. Silly credit note policy too a day after returning product not suitable, presenting till receipt and expecting a full refund I was told was not in there policy. What a joke that is!!! I think trading standards need to be made aware. Furthermore more people of the general public shopping here need to be aware what silly practices sports direct run. Disgusted with the whole situation. Still utterly mad about the whole situation few weeks down the line!!! Will never shop here again for sure.”

“Pretty standard service. My ladies hoodie arrived with a weird stain on the elbow and I only noticed after removing the labels. The items came in a heavy duty bin bag which I was a bit concerned about. And very unhappy that I spent £45 and STILL had to pay 4.99 for my items to be delivered to a store which took 4 working days. Prob won't order again”

“Products arrived as described. Had issues at the pick up point. Received an email on Monday saying I could collect my package but was told it had not arrived when I went to collect it and that I should receive another email. I went back on Wednesday after not receiving another email and was able to collect my parcel but it had already been opened. I was told this was because the store couldn't locate a tracking code so they didn't know if the parcel was for them. The items purchased were in good condition but the shoe box had black scuff marks all around the outside. Unsure if this was a fault from the warehouse or the store but the inside of the box had yellowish stains and had been damaged by the spikes on the shoes despite them being wrapped in polystyrene. This is not the quality I was expecting from a designer brand, especially at the price they are.”
