“Ordered 2 lots of shoes came fast, one pair still has the security tag on I know have to go all the way to Manchester city centre to have the tagged removed. Was no point in paying for delivery when I have to go to the shop anyway”

“Ordered 4 pairs of trainers but one pair that was sent was the wrong size, rang my nearest branch as didn't want to pay to send it back as it wasnt my fault. I could only exchange for a different trainer as they didn't have mine in store and couldn't issue a refund.”

“Usc is a really good and fast service the only problem I have is the sizing I've orderd jeans twice in which I orderd a short leg and was sent long so I've had to pay for them to be altered but apart from that usc is a really good service and I will order again thank you”

“It's ok nothing special it's just a clothes shop that sell some good gear here and there. Would prefer some entertainment like juggling clowns or maybe that dog off Britains Got Talent who can walk on his front paws that would be amazing. Anyways better go got breakfast on the go and I neeeed coffee. Ta ta.”

“overall good service but could have been quicker delivery. Im not pleased with the returns policy - having to pay the postage cost to return an unwanted item is very poor.”

“Ordered 3 boxes of underwear in small , in one of the boxes was 3 mediums but the box was marked small obviously not checked before sent . Apart from that I've had no problems and I'm happy to keep shopping at usc”

“Collected parcel from sports direct Morfa Swansea I asked if they didn't fit could I return the gentleman said bring them back here which I did but was told no take to post office as I wanted bigger size was a bit annoyed cost me another 3pounds 95 think next time I will stick to shop xAShanks”

“Website very clear and easy to use. Items despatched almost immediately. Overall a very profession setup by USC. The only thing that is a disappointment is the courier they used to deliver the items. Like 80% of the population in this country, we go to work on a daily basis so we are not able to sit at home all day waiting for something that costs just a few pounds to be delivered! 3 attempts are made to deliver any goods but only 2 were made. I tried to contact the number left on the calling card to make a suitable arrangement as I was suddenly called upon to work away, but was ignored. I left a message instructing them to leave with a neighbour but again my instructions were ignored. now I've spent all weekend chasing up the parcels location and discovered I can't collect it until Monday at the earliest as it's the weekend, unfortunately I'm due to work away all week again!!! Plus the couriers depot is a 20 mile round trip. To name and shame the courier, they are called yodel. My advice to USC is to use someone like Royal Mail or Hermes as a courier option as these to companies use several delivery options such as locals newsagents and post offices. If I customer isn't confident with a companies courier system they may choose to shop elsewhere rather than using the usc website resulting in loss of business for you!! Thank you Mr Cliffe”

“I was a bit disappointed with my converse trainers as I ordered them online for quickness and covienienece, they came on time but was dirt on the sole like someone had worn them. Because I wanted them for that weekend I cleaned them and have kept them although it has now made me weary about ordering with yourself.”
