“Really disappointed that I had to pay £16 for return postage? That's ridiculous, why should we pay for a return when we already paid for delivery service and when the items were not acuratelty described on the Web page.”

“Quick delivery to Sports Direct store. A bit more thoaught and care could have been put into packing the parcel as when I opened the bag the items looked like they were in their way to a charity shop- just stuffed in.”

“not got a problem with usc it was the store in which I dos click and collect from, SPORTS DIRECT TUNBRIDGE WELLS!!!! absolutely shocking rude abrupt, he to queue at the tills for 15 minutes to be told click and collect is up stairs, no apology or anything, I wanted to punch him straight in the face, went upstairs and not 1 member of staff, I waited 6-7 minutes and then walked into the back staffing/stock area and no one was there either, just as I went to go downstairs AGAIN a young stroppy lad said "yeah" I was close to smacking him in the mouth but thought better of it!!! absolute disgrace and I won't be using you again because of this!!!!!”

“Very pleased with purchase but store delivery took along time. £4.99 for delivery to store was scandalous, I know you get a voucher to cover it but as I never shop in sports direct I can't say I'd use it.”

“Items arrived were in a previously opened package and had been thrown back in the packet and sealed. Plus the 3 pack of t-shirts were nothing like the description. Pretty poor really.”

“Whilst the delivery and pickup were relatively easy and all staff contact was positive I was however surprised that the sum of £4.99 was added the the cost of the items for deliver. I have never been charged by any other on-line company for a collection. All other companies I have dealt with have a free collections policy.”

“Ive purchased a few items for my little one, 1 out of 3 i was happy with. The box to havianas was battered and there was no cardboard tag, just the plastic loop. Theblack converse had white glue visible around the edges, lucky i was able to peel this off otherwise i would have had the trouble of having to sending it back. I was very upset that both items had not been checked before they had been sent to me, that is very bad for business and im reluctant to buy online from here again”

“The parcel came when it was supposed to ,on time , but was disappointed upon opening the parcel the shirt I ordered was screwed up in a ball in a plastic bag big enough to fit over a small car it was obvious whoever packed it could,nt careless but then as I noticed on the paperwork it came from sports direct who are well known for there low standards but then again if you pay peanuts you get monkeys I won,t be using USC again”

“I was disappointed to have to pay £5 for my goods to be delivered to a store for pick up. I received a '£5 voucher' to use in store - i had no desire to use the £5 voucher and would have liked to be given an option. I would have preferred not to pay for delivery and to not have received the voucher.”

“I am disappointed, I have had my delivery well on time. However one item is slightly not the right size, I have emailed for a replacement if possible on a different size, I am still waiting on a reply. There are no contact details via Telephone, this I believe is not good. mohammed hoq mrhoq@hotmail.com”

“I like that you can deliver to Sports Direct stores as this enables me to buy more from you. However I am not impressed that if I need to return an item, I either have to pay the delivery costs to get it back to you or I can return it to Sports Direct and get store credit for that store. That has now put me off buying more items from you.”
