Some of the items were great but not all of them. I don't think the sizing was very accurate and some of the photos did not give true impressions of the items. Out of 10 items ordered I am returning 7! And the postage and packaging is expensive which puts me off ordering more. I'm also an NUS extra holder but don't get a student discount here which is annoying. So overall, I won't be doing much more shopping at USC.

I bought a levis tshirt in two sizes to see which one fitted best. I thought it was a good deal as it was on sale. I wrongly assumed that free returns are a given these days when ordering clothes online, especially when delivery is £5. After paying delivery and having to pay for my return, it counteracted getting the Tshirt for sale price. Quick service but maybe USC should think about doing free returns.

My partner spent over £200 on clothes and had to pay £4.99 delivery which I thought was ridiculous and then £15 to return some items. The clothes were good and delivered fast but the charges need sorting out, they are completely unacceptable and bad customer service

Found these Addidas trainers online went to see if they had them in store! Was told they only have them on the online. I wasn't given the option of the store getting them for me to buy and collect. (Not very helpful) So I got them online! When checkingout I had the option of collecting them from the store or home delivery. As I had to pay for the delivery to the store, (all other sites I shop with do store collection for FREE) I chose home delivery. The box my trainers arrived in was -battered- (the best way i could describe it). Fortunately the trainers were OK. If I was ever to recommend friends going here I would say - look in store and if u can't find it, go elsewhere.

I ordered wellies for TITP, I was't very organised ordering them 4 day before I needed them but noticed the next day delivery option so was delighted. I ordered them on the Monday, before 7pm, like the website advertised, paid £6.99 for delivery for them to be delivered by Tuesday. You can imagine how annoyed I was when I still hasn't heard anything by Wednesday evening finally on Thursday afternoon they were delivered. I'm glad I got them on time but I might as well have selected collect from store, for free, as they were giving me the option to do this on Thursday. The wellies were exactly what I wanted however I'm just annoyed that they gave me the option for next day delivery and allowed me to pay when this was never an option.

Had my order delivered to a store, having paid £4.99 for the privilege. I was very surprised to learn that if the shoes were not suitable the store would only issue a credit voucher rather than reimbursing the money. I think customers she be made aware of this.

The trainers had a couple of marks on them and trainer were wrapped up enough. Also, I think the delivery charge is a bit much. But other than that was all good.

The delivery was quick enough but when i recieved my jacket that i ordered it had a big slash in it. Luckily i managed to swapped it at my local store, but from the information provided about returns etc that were with the product i wasn't even sure if i could do this. I think you should have a checking process of your products before you send them especially considering the prices of your products.

Fantastic clothes range. Good value prices. Very disappointing you have to pay for delivery and only get a voucher in return. I often look to shop elsewhere for same brand items as almost all your competitors offer FREE delivery on order over £50. Highly recommend this being implemented as I feel many will do the same as me. Therefore you are loosing valuable business to competitors.

Received the boots, however the lace eyelet on the right top of the left boot had a shard of metal within the hole, called and usc were happy to exchange, waiting for the new boots to arrive.

The items were all screwed up and just thrown in a bag. Delivery time was great and I was kept up to date of when my items would arrive.

Had a good delivery experience but the item had a line of blue biro on the side of the white rubber which is visible when worn - hoping it will come off as these are for a wedding.

The order process was good and the delivery was on time as requested. The product unfortunately was not so good and I have had to return the item. I bought a pair of boots but was really disappointed as one of them was obviously a display one which was stretched and scratched where it had been tried on. The boots were a present so I was not happy to give these to someone, even the packing inside and the box was damaged. Even though the boots were slightly reduced I still feel this quality was unacceptable and will order the boots from somewhere else.

I don't like the fact that we have to pay for returns the label should be fitted with an already paid for postage . Other than that everything is okay.

Online purchase went through fine, delivery I thought was very slow, ordered on a Saturday delvered Wednesday. Starting to regret signing up to e-mail, received one every day since.
