“Hi overall pleased with service. But when you order you are suppose to get 5 pound voucher to spend in store. When picking up parcel from sports direct the voucher is only valid to spend there. You have ordered through usc so that voucher should be for usc not sports direct. It is very misleading.”

“Good products. Delivery is quite high though you get money off instore to offset the delivery charge, how, that means you end up buying things whilst you're there. Good strategy for USC, but not me, I'd prefer free delivery so 3 stars.”

“Good selection and checkout process however no way should a company be allowed to charge £4.99 or close to it for click and collect. To receive a £5?voicher in credit upon collection is crazy! Home delivery costing the same as click as collect has made me not want to orde again!”

“Everything in my order is great apart from one pair of trainers, I was sent a size 10 box and size 9 shoes inside, I have tried the local stores they don't have my required colour so I will have to return them by post at my own expensive, although this will not put me off ordering again tho as I ordered about 20 items and the rest were great quality”

“Purchases I've made so far come quick, are always through the sales and are for the most part great quality. However, one set of sunglasses I ordered did not come in the pouch as shown and had a small scuff on one of the lenses. Out of the two pairs I bought I did mean for them to be the most used and less cared for anyway so I wasn't too fussed and didn't bother with an enquiry. For the most part they deliver perfectly as expected, so far I've only had one issue and it was something I could look past anyway.”

“I ordered a size 7, when I received my shoes on the box it has a size 7 written on it but the shoes inside are a size 6.5 (noted on the tongue) which thankfully fit but the sizes online are obviously misleading and can fluctuate by half a size which is not ideal.”

“Happy enough with purchase and delivery process etc but have been left slightly disappointed by the condition of one of the items I'd ordered. I opened the main bag to discover that jeans I'd bought were OUT of their individual packaging as it had been ripped open beforehand. The jeans themselves looked like they had been tried on by someone and then "stepped out of" and then shoved carelessly into the main bag. As a result the jeans are now really creased. They are a gift for someone and now, because of the condition they've been sent in, I'm going to have to iron them before I hand them over. Disappointed that they've been handled this way.”

“Happy with delivery, but was not happy as USC sent the wrong coloured raincoat and as we needed it for something we had planned we have had to keep it. I ordered black and they sent a blue one.”

“I ordered three pairs of shoes. Although two of them were great, the third one was not. One of the two shoes of that last pair had worn off colors (faded) while the other one has brand new colors. This pair doesn't look good. But all in all.”
