“Delivery way too expensive at £4.99 and no option to have orders delivered to a local store or be able to return items to a local store either. Most other major high street retailers offer this service, why not USC? For this reason I would be reluctant to order online again.”

“One of the pair of pumps I ordered was out of stock, despite the USC app saying it was in stock. I was not offered an alternative colour for the pair, simply advised a refund had been made. I would have bought the product in a different colour. The other pair of pumps are fine. I probably won't use USC again.”

“Ordered next day delivery but delivery estimate (Yodel is the courier) was 9am - 9pm !! You get a tracking no but once it's 'out for delivery' theres no way to know exactly where your package is so u end up staying in all day waiting. No popping out for an hour. Other couriers allow u to track your package as the delivery driver does his rounds and u know if it will arrive in 10mins or 2 hrs plus u can txt them instructions if u will be out. Don't know the name but I think sports direct or surf dome use them. The £6 paid for the next day service was not worth it. Aside from that the clothes were as expected. Good quality and the website has tonnes of choices with plenty of offers !”

“I had a pair of shoes one of them was looks old and I tried to change it i pay for my post but they just refund my money and not the shoes so now I lost my money for the post and i did not get nothing. Bad experience....”

“After reading the size guides for the particular brands of clothing before ordering, I was disappointed to find out that 50% of the items weren't the right size meaning that I've now spent over £11 on postage as you don't offer free returns.”

“The vans I ordered were great but I was unhappy with the delivery service. I payed extra to have next day deliver but the shoes took two days to arrive which meant I couldn't take them on holiday. ??”

“Was happy with everything except the lacoste trainers as i ordered dark blue and was sent the burgundy which i wasn't happy with as they were for my daughters school. If there is a next time i order from you i would advise you read your orders properly in future. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.”
