“the trainers I ordered were great, love them. The flip flops, fair enough they weren't expensive, but very poorly made, not even wearable. Faulty goods in my opinion.”

“If we're talking about the first order it was great, quick delivery and the shoes were very comfy. The 2nd order I never received and the took the money I rang you up and you was supposed to ring back you never did so it sucked!”

“The shopping experience is fine until you need to return something - the you come to realise if you want to return a product you need to PAY for the return postage and if you go in store to return then you are only offered an exchange or a gift voucher which I thing is UNFAIR. surly you should be able to change your mind without being penalised like most other reputable high street stores. Same story when it comes to ordering You should be able to get it delivered to the store for FREE - like most store these days ??”
