“When you’re making an order over £200, you would expect either free delivery to your home address or free collection and free returns. Most online retailers offer this on much smaller orders, so I was shocked when I had to pay £11 to return the items tracked post on top of the £4.99 delivery charge to a sports direct store. I would never personally or recommend anyone order from either usc or sports direct ever again.”

“Very quick delivery, I was impressed. Clothing could have been packed better though. Both items were in 1 bag within the postal bag, not individually packaged. Generally good though.”

“I ordered a small shirt and a small jumper paid £6.99 for next day delivery and when the parcel came I had a small shirt and an XL jumper, now I have had to spend £4 to send it back to usc for an exchange and will most probably not receive my jumper for another week. Next day delivery wasted.”

“Service was great. Website easy to use and simple to navigate. Good selection of clothes and good prices. Did have a slight issue when trying to place my order and paying with debit card however this might have been an issue with the bank issuer(some kind of security checks). Delivery was prompt and order was packaged securely. All items were there and all items looked exactly as advertised. Overall made shopping easy and stress and hassle free. Great work and thanks to the staff at USC.”
