“Nicely priced products and packaged nicely. Shame about the cost of delivery, so expensive! Especially for products to be delivered to the store which is usually a free service provided by other retailers, again very expensive.”

“It was a nightmare, i paid 12.99 for a parcel that i needed to wait 15 days for delivery!!!! Guys i do not live in freaking Mars for that kind of delivery.I had purchase that came from US and China faster than yours.I do not care how why and what is your 3rd party delivery carrier it was chosen by you and i do not deal with him my deal is with you, it is clearly said 3-5 days. As a ex regular customer of yours i clearly say that i will never again shop from you and i will tell ,share and everything else everywhere in the internet the bad experience from you.”

“I purchased two tshirts from the 2 for £32 offer. The tshirts were still full price at the checkout so I contacted customer services who said they could be different sizes but had to be the same shirt. Not much of an offer if you ask me but I accepted it. When the tshirts arrived, they had a 2 for £32 tag that said mix and match. Surely that doesn't just mean different sizes.”

“Bought two shirts for my husband Took them back to Usc in Stirling One off the shirts was dirty nd not in the correct packaging If I sent it back it would have cost me 6.30 Not a happy cuatomer”

“Ordered for next day delivery and paid a premium of £6.99 as wanted the order in time for the weekend which was still 5 days after order. Over 1 week later and my order has still not arrived and your customer services seem to be passing the blame to the courier. Will NEVER be buying anything from USC again after this absolute shambles of an experience. No contact number to speak to anyone and a generic response within 3 days. Avoid at all costs”

“clothes seems fake, I bought some clothes from brands that I usually buy in their regular stores, and the quality is much much poorer, doesnt even look like the brand that I am used to. Get a sense that its not coming from the same place.”

“Most of the time i order from USC i get a cancellation order as items arent in stock, yet the other orders are of good quality and arrive quite quickly considering where i live. Also alot of your womens sizes could be bigger and of more sizing choices not just xxs s m l maybe have alot more of l xl xxl in womens sizes.”

“Item not in stock after payment was made. Wanted to change to another colour or style. Customer care do not reply to your e-mails. Would have to pay an additional £11 for postage!”
