“Not great. Was charged £5.99 for delivery and when website states it’s £4.99. Enquiried on Twitter and received no response. Returns aren’t free either which I think for a large retailer is pretty bad form.”

“My order arrived incomplete. Contacted customers services to make them aware, apparently the situation was being handled and the missing piece was on the was on royal mail 2nd class. I rang them once a week for a period of a month and half and they said the same thing every time "it's on its way to you". Eventually, after a lot of persuasion from me they got this other team to sort my problem out. The item was no longer available and was offered a 40% refund of a tracksuit from which I only have the top.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I paid for next day delivery and still haven’t recieved my order. This was a week ago now. I rang two days ago to speak to customer services who said they would get back to me as I want a refund which they haven’t botherd to.”

“Great quality men's boots, great value in the sale. Paid for next day delivery and this was not honored, they arrived a day later. On this occasion it was not a problem and after sending an email my next day postage is to be refunded.”

“The service was awful and my item was returned to sender and I was refined this is not what I wanted as I was expecting my order and I thought this was a reliable company to shop from but I was wrong. I placed several other orders from other companies and they all were delivered with no issue”
