“Very dissatisfied with the store. Product does not meet the description. One shoe has a white sole, the other has a yellow sole. One boot has skin damage. If I bought goods at a discount, it does not mean that you can send low-quality goods. I do not recommend shopping in this store.”

“Courier firm does not give you options to leave parcel somewhere safe ! They do not have a local shop where you can collect parcel . They leave no number on card to call when they have missed you to arrange redelivery. All in all took three days longer than necessary to obtain clothing because of delivery method. Would seriously consider firms that use royal mail or buy from Amazon in the future because of this .”

“I never got what I wanted...... ordered the right item but what you advertise is false advertising as the badge on the pants was printed on not a stitched one like in the pictures on your on line advertisement......and in the shop you only have extra large sizes with the stitched on bad......... not very happy only getting a credit note too if you take it back to the company you bought it from .”

“Paid for next day delivery and didn’t get my items for 3 days, I had to ring to find out where my order was nobody notified me! 2 days I had to take off work and both days were wasted waiting in! Customer services were not helpful at all or bothered about my complaint Won’t be using again!”

“Really disappointed with the packaging of my items. All just crumpled and thrown in a bag. 1 top is filthy and 1 top the hem has very visable thread pulling on it.”
