“My products came next day which I was happy with but then that got overshadowed by the anti thief tag being on one of the products I bought and had to go to my local store to get this off as it was a huge inconvenience and then to top it off I could not find any customer services numbers/emails to contact.”

“Very easy to use website but the in-store shopping experience when I went to exchange an item was shocking. The staff were arguing with one another while I was waiting at the till and when I asked for another size it was like I was asking the earth!”

“I ordered a Kangol hat from USC on 13 the October 18 it's now 21st October 18 still no sign of it . Order tacking said it was collected . Courier is Hermes . Very unhappy that I still haven't received my purchase .”

“If I could give 0 I would have. Was sent incorrect product. Took back to shop and after having to ask three attendants to serve me and the two customers in front of me I was advised I could only get store credit. To revive a refund I would have to post back, even though as I read it on the website it will cost me to send it back even though I was sent the incorrect product. Will not be using company again and would recommend others don’t too.”

“My 1st and defiantly my last purchase from this site, placed order over a week ago, made several calls to customer services (at 13p a minute) for assistance as to where my order was that the confirmation email said would be delivered on Monday, firstly to be told it had been shipped then to be told it could be have been lost in the warehouse, either way my order hasn't been fulfilled and I probably £5 out of pocket in customer service call charges.”

“Not impressed at all. Ordered a jacket and the wrong item was sent. When I checked the website there are 2 jackets with the same code. It cost me £4.99 for postage for the item and £8 to return it. Hopefully they send the right item this time or it will cost me more to return it”

“Great quality items and fast delivery but they were ordered as xmas presents andnivw had to take the tags off three of the 6 items to wash them as they were covered in dark marks”

“My items were fine but my sunglasses were out of stock and I wanted another pair but I’m not prepared to pay anther £5 on postage so I’m very disappointed and I sent you an e mail which you have not replied to”

“Great products at a great price. 1 item came with security tag on which wasn't nice but we manage to remove it... also A shame we have to pay to collect in store as majority of other shops do this for free or that you don't have free delivery after spending over £50. Maybe something you should consider otherwise very happy thank you.”
