“Easy system to use and fast delivery. I just don’t like that you charge the £4.99 delivery anyway even though I did click and collect from store. Other companies do not charge for this option. The £5 voucher you give only means you have to spend more.”

“I received someone else's order, I emailed the CS team 3 working days ago & have yet to receive a reply. I followed up again today as the item I purchased was a gift & the person's birthday has passed I want to receive the correct order ASAP. I'm also not willing to pay for the return as this was not my error, it was a simple picking/packaging error”

“Paying for postage for returns isn't something that entices me to shop with USC again. Neither is the fact that each item delivered was damaged or faulty. One pair of boots had a staple sticking up into the sole of my foot.”

“Happy with the items delivered. Only criticism I have and this goes for all online retailers is the sizing charts need to be shown for each brand. A generic size chart is way out for certain items and the only way round this is to shop in store. Delivery charges are a little expensive if you have to return and reorder due to items not fitting.”

“Very bad they sent the wrong item then I had to stand my ground as they wanted to fob me off. I got a store voucher in return for the money I spent. Will not use the shop again.”
