“Really disappointed. Ordered some sandals on Tuesday at 8am, paid £5.99 for delivery and they were due to be delivered by DPD on Thursday to a retail park. However for an unknown reason they were "unable to be delivered" by DPD on that day and would be delivered on Friday. I was going on holiday on Saturday. Rang DPD on Friday and they could not find where my parcel was, and apparently not couldn't be delivered as it did not have a postcode ( although the delivery address was SELECTED from a drop down menu!). I am now on holiday without my sandals and not back for 1.5 weeks so they will likely be sent back before I can collect them. Extremely disappointing that USC use such an incapable courier. Will not be ordering again.”

“USC Is an absolute joke of a company! You will never receive the order that you placed with them. Please be aware of this and don’t order from them. I placed an order on the 7th of October and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received my order, although they advertise on their website it will be delivered within 48 hours. I telephoned them, I was put on hold for 35 minutes before they cut me off and I was charged £21 for this, obviously it was a premium rate telephone number! I have sent them numerous emails trying to find out where my order is and they never reply back! I am now taking this further as surely a company can’t get away with this?”
