“I paid for next day delivery and it wasn't delivered. Hermes website said they tired but I never seen a delivery van all day. The hammers website tracking says on way to courier from the 22nd. I still haven't received my item a week later. Very poor from usc and Hermes.”

“I ordered 2 t shirts for my nephew, I got a email saying one isn't available and just sent the other one. I then had to order another t shirt so it cost me twice for delivery. Instead of USC offering me another option. I also still haven't received money back for the original t shirt I ordered”

“Received my shoes, the wrong size was in the box so two sizes smaller than I needed. Sent a message through the website contact form and they’ve never responded. Now my returns period has passed and I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I have no hope fitting in. Mistakes at picking and just non-existence customer service”

“Poor service, I kept receiving emails to say the delivery had been delayed, then on the third day I received an email saying my order was being returned. I contacted usc who said they'd reschedule the delivery only to receive an email the day later saying the order was now cancelled. This was a birthday gift which was ordered in plenty of time, I had to explain what had happened to the recipient, let's just say it was embarrassing!!!!!!!!!”

“Really pleased with my purchase however the attitude of the staff member who served me needs addressing. I went into the Yeovil store at 5:10pm and was greeted with “yes?” I explained I had an order to pick up, she carried on folding a shirt, without saying anything she walked off. When she came back she said “order number?” Which I gave her. She then put my order on the counter with the receipts and went back to folding. Good customer service? Not at all!”
