“Sent the wrong trainers and size in the right trainer box, paid for next day delivery. A week later sent the right trainers in the right box with the right size on, open the box to see yet again the wrong size! Still waiting for reply as what’s happening next. Warehouse staff are clearly not carrying out correct checks before sending. Very unhappy as now having to wait again for something that I’ve already paid for with next day delivery”

“I will never do any online shopping with you again because you do not offer free returns if giving a refund and only offer a credit note if taken back to the store. I liked most of your products but I had items that were not suitable and I should not have to be tied to you with the issuing of a credit note after I've spent my money and paid for delivery.”

“Good choice and value online. Delivery was a little slow and took 5 working days to the store I picked for collection. You have to pay to return items for a refund by post, or can take them back in store for exchange or credit note (not refund). I won't be ordering again due to slow delivery and return charges.”

“Service is usually very good. However, one thing i'm annoyed with is the delivery charge. I believe if you spend over £50 the delivery should be free. There is even a charge for click and collect how ridiculous is that!!?”
