“Received my order with one pair of boxers missing, called up & received a refund! Was told only received one, due to running out of stock, Though they already has this info was still charged full price for product! Called & received a refund, this should of been done when despatched my order, with item missing.”

“I am at my wits end with the poor level of service and communication from USC. I ordered a pair of 883 Police Mitzi shorts in Stone as a replacement for a pair I already own so am aware of what these shorts should be. What I received was totally different to those advertised and pictured on the USC website and a much inferior product. I contacted USC via numerous emails to try to explain the mistake and returned the item only for them to send me the self same incorrect item once again! I have since contacted the parent company, Sports Direct and am now waiting for them to resolve this issue by way of either the correct item or a refund. If anyone from USC would like to contact me regarding this I would be more than happy to discuss further.”

“Great and quick service. Will not be ordering online again as the delivery cost for click and collect is ridiculous. 99% of other stores do not charge a fee for click and collect.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of jeans ,same make and size and one pair were the wrong size !!! Clearly not getting checked properly before dispatch.have to now order the same pair again and send these back recorded delivery as to make sure they are here in time for when I need them George turner”

“Only ordered the other items for one main item which was removed from order. Charged £5 to deliver to store and now I have been refunded the amount minus the £5 to use a voucher for the delivery credit rather than my original money back.”
