“In a word RUBBISH. Purchased a pair of G star jeans and a G star jacket. Jeans look totally different to the ones advertised in the picture. The jacket they sent was the incorrect size (i ordered and XL and was sent an L. No customer services number to call. Just email. Reply was just two lines then a copy and paste of the usual rubbish. No adeqaute resolution other than send items back at my cost when none of this is my fault. I was unaware that USC is part of Sports Direct. I have had numerous problems with them. Had I known I would never have purchased anything from USC. My advice is to purchase from this company only if you are absolutely sure of what you are buying and the size you will need. The reason for this is that if you need to get in touch with them or return anything then thats when you will wish you had never bothered. This is also on the assumption that you will actually receive what you had ordered in the first place which in my case did not happen. So its safe to say that I would steer well clear. You have been warned.”

“Order came on time which was good. Downfall was the item didn’t fit . USC provided a return label but I had to pay for the postage which I don’t think is fair. Asos PrettyLittleThing Misguided the list goes on ensure it’s costumers can return free of charge. Funny thing about it I did not no USC is part of SportsDirect , which is a company I do not order from .”

“Often order stuff that is showing available, then receive an email saying “order amended as out of stock” but still showing available on line. Be very careful what you order as you can’t cancel order if the stock becomes unavailable even if still showing available on the site.”

“Very poor. Ordered a MEDIUM hoodie for my holiday and was sent a SMALL hoodie. Clearly says medium on my order and clearly says small on the item I received. I'm now on holiday without the hoodie I originally ordered. ☹️”

“Ordered an Armani jacket for my son the jacket arrived but in the wrong colour I then had to spend £3 to return it even though it was not my fault then they didn’t have the size left in the colour I wanted for him when I tried to order again so had to get it from somewhere else.”

“Useless and bumbling website supplied by Sports Direct, the most questionable of retailers. This is the second time I've ordered from them and the second time they sent the wrong items! I phoned & emailed the day after my package arrived to get it replaced as I needed them in a timely manner. On the phone they said they couldn't deal with my request, I had to email pics. I emailed the images as soon as I hung up and it's almost a week later and I'm yet to hear back. Just send the item I ordered or give me my money back!! I will never deal with them again, online or in store.”
