“Delivery was delayed by two days but I paid for next day delivery . The sweatshirt looked so different online to the one that I received, this is very misleading. Cannot say I’ll be shopping with USC again!”

“When I first came into the Highcross Leicester store, the guy who served me was very non-chalant in his attitude but he was very informative and guided me towards the site to look for the shoes there. From there, the site itself was smooth, very easy to move around in and the purchase did not take long. I got them delivered in-store and they arrived in no time. I went to collect and I was greeted with a smile but the woman behind the desk was very dis-engaging and she was more interested in finishing the sale over customer relations. Overall, I was happy with my overall customer experience but the staff could have been more welcoming and engaging.”

“Really like this shop they always have lovely stuff just disappointing that you can’t get refund if your item is not suitable its a credit note only so you have to spend in there store 😳 it can put people off shopping here in the first place !”

“Really disappointed with delivery and returns service. £3.95 to deliver and £3.95 to return when other companies it’s free I think is a bit much and why I won’t be ordering again. But even an option to return to store.”

“I was drawn to the website of the variety of brands available. I was astonished by the expense of postage to send out and back. You have to pay 2 lots of postage and it’s a ridiculous price. To my knowledge I don’t believe you get anything back. I will not be ordering from the website again.”
