“Normally good but last items i payed for was a big let down. One out of stock and other Item sent was damaged, so payed for postage just to get it just to pay again to send back. £8 there about out of pocket. Safe to say was not happy. Would think it should have bin checked before going out.”

“Great product for a decent price, nice that they sent me a delivery tracking order however I must say that the delivery courier was dreadful, I was told that delivery was attempted to my location, even though I was at the location at the time and no delivery was attempted. I spoke to a woman on an online chat, who said they would deliver the next day and aim for before a certain time, and if it was after this time they would deliver it to next door which is my house. I was told that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful; it was after the latest time I said but they still didn't attempt to deliver next door. They finally tried again on the third day at the right time and managed to deliver my item. Great product from MA.STRUM and great website from USC, terrible delivery from Hermes.”
