“The parcel as I informed usc, I had ordered for 13th April next day delivery hasn’t arrived and is almost a week later and still hasn’t arrived for the item I haven’t had an sort of refund besides the delivery charge, I am absolutely distraught this was for my 22ns birthday and not happy at all seeing as 1 week down the line the item still hasn’t come .”

“When my items turned up the security tag had not been taken off. So I had to take it off myself which damaged the item. I could of sent it back for a new one but couldn’t be bothered 😕. I think there needs to be more care taken when the products are for posting”
