“Disgusting service. Having selected 2 items from the website that were both advertised as 2 for £18 I was subsequently charged £24. I emailed Customer Services to be told that no credit was due as you had to purchase 2 identical items. What rubbish. Your website didn't advertise that you had to purchase 2 of the same item (why would you)?. Very unhappy with the service and have now found another website with very similar products and equally competitive pricing. Will not use USC unless it is a last resort from now on. Despite trying to explain the Customer Service Assistant made no effort at all to resolve the issue.”

“Having to pay £4.99 for the deliver and then waiting over a week is the worst delivery service I have come across online so far. Not being able to return clothing items in-store another annoying thing. I won’t be ordering online anyway, this was my first and last online purchase.”

“Ordered size 6 vans. Box said 6 they were actually a size 6.5. Now I have to deal with bringing them back ordering and waiting for another pair to be delivered and delivery took a week not what I would expect even when you have to pay for them to be delivered to the shop for collection”

“Waited over 10 days now for my parcel to be delivered to pick up point and it still hasn't arrived, even tho it says with courier 4 days ago. Emailed two days ago and still waiting to hear back. Items were for birthday day present which has now past. These will be returned if i ever get them. Avoid this site.”

“Ordered 2 items, was emailed later that one was out of stock & I was refunded, but never had the next day delivery refunded. Terrible company with shocking customer service. If it wasn’t that I had to spend a voucher, which was given instead of a refund for a mis sized item, I would never ever deal with this company again.”
