“I ordered Jeans and a hoodie at approx £70 you then only sent the £11 hoodie as the jeans that I ordered were no longer available and I had to pay the £5.99 delivery. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the order as the hoodie was only really an add on I wasn’t too fussed about. I do however appreciate your business model knowing the customer would then more than likely keep the low value item as they do not wish to pay a £5 or do to see it returned, thus ensuring USC see a small turnover. I’m sure doing this with thousands of orders really does boost revenue. The cynical side of me argues were the jeans really available to begin with as you let me complete the transaction with them in the basket. I look forward to being brushed off in your reply. Mr Harding”

“I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger polo shirt into my local sports direct it told me that it would be there in 5-7 days but I expected it to take a bit longer due to Easter bank holiday but in face it arrived on the third day after I ordered fantastic service!!!”

“Terrible! Liars! Avoid like the plague! They took my money, lied that they had for certain sent me the items I ordered then emailed me to say they weren’t in stock! So they stole my money and lied! Terrible service.”

“Item I ordered was out of stock. Majority of other shopping sites gives you the option of the refund or wait for the item to come back in. I would of been more then happy to wait as the only reason I ordered the other items was cause I was ordering shoes that was out of stock. Other then that item arrived very quickly and all well packaged.”

“CONVERSE Ox 2V CANDY White/CHERRY C7 (24) is not ok because on the box the number is 24 but the real number of sneakers is 23.In the end that converse will be cost more than in Croatia if i will send you back and pay postal costes twices.I am very disappointed. Regards, Dragana”

“Placed order online and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later my order arrived with 5 items not there what I ordered. Theres no telephone number to call and took 4 days for a response from customer service by email. Appalling service as a first time customer it will also be the last time to. Very disappointed with the service.”
